We sincerely invite you to the

2021 Fundraiser Gala

~ Friday, July 23 ~

Join us as we celebrate the legacy of Doug Morris, one of our founders

Doug Morris’s passion for and commitment to choral music shaped our festival from the beginning.

We are coming together to celebrate his life and passion for singing and sharing music with others.

This Fundraiser Gala will be an opportunity for us to be together in person, and to contribute to the work that Doug began by participating in a live auction and thereby growing our ability to offer scholarships and further fund our choral music programming.
There will be music throughout the evening, as well as opportunities to reaffirm Green Lake Festival’s commitment to youth and choral music programming.

Will Liverman

”. . . one of the most versatile singing artists performing today, being equally skilled in classical repertoire and less mainstream works. . .”  –Bachtrack

Madeline Slettedahl

“. . . an extraordinarily expressive pianist, ever alert to the melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic nuances of a song. . .”  –Rick Peridian, New York

Will and Madeline will delight with songs of Loewe, Fauré, Finzi, Bolcom, Adams, Rodgers & Hammerstein, and Fats Waller that bridge us through a musical journey from 20th century music and into the 21st. By celebrating their passion for singing and sharing music with us, the prove it is indeed The Chords That Bridge.
