Application Process

Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Individual applications will be reviewed after all required materials and fees for each applicant are received. Apply early—applications received by  April 1 and paid in full within 30 days of acceptance will receive a $225 discount.

Each applicant is required to submit the following:

  1. Chamber Institute Application Form
  2. Teacher Recommendation Form
  3. An Audition Video Recording with two contrasting pieces or movements, each approximately 2 to 4 minutes in duration. Only online files will be accepted. Live auditions in Wisconsin and Minnesota may be available—please contact Artistic Director Andrew Armstrong at:

Do you prefer to submit the application and recommendation form via postal mail?  Download, print, and mail the completed forms to: Green Lake Festival of Music Chamber Institute, PO Box 569, Green Lake, WI 54941.  Please include the $100 non-refundable application fee (only $75 if paid by March 1), payable to Green Lake Festival of Music.
